On selecting this option, you will see a dialog in which you can select the
vehicle you want to report, and date/time selectors to select the date/time
range to be reported:

Set the required vehicle and the date/time range, then click OK to continue.
A report will be generated and displayed in a new window in the main panel of
the user interface. If you wish, you can tile or overlap the windows in this
main panel - see Viewing Vehicle Tracking
History On-Screen.
A Journey in the report represents a series of data points received from the
GPS unit which appear to be a contiguous set of data, perhaps including short
stops (of the kind naturally occurring when the vehicle stops at traffic lights,
for instance). The length of the stops which are included within a Journey can
be specified in the Options dialog; if the length
is changed, then the Journeys must be re-calculated.
The Journeys report is displayed in a grid in the report window:

The grid shows the time, geographical location, corresponding User-Defined
Location (if any) for the start and end of the journey, plus the duration of
the journey and the distance covered.
If you click on a row in the report grid, the corresponding journey track is
displayed in the map window; if the complete journey is not visible on the current
view of the map, the map is automatically scaled and re-centred to enable the
full track to be visible.

You can zoom in on a track to see the route in greater detail:

This example shows the last few data points in a journey to a location which
has been set up as a User-Defined Location.
